Stylaxis retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Stock photos, fonts, and other licensed elements remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Standard payment terms require 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon completion.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contracting entity is located:
For EU/Latvia Clients
Contracts with SIA Stylaxis are governed by Latvian law and EU regulations. Disputes will be resolved in Latvian courts, with EU consumers having access to Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
For Sri Lankan Clients
Contracts with Stylaxis (Pvt) Ltd are governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you have specific rights under applicable laws:
EU/Latvia Consumer Rights
- 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
- Right to cancel digital services before performance begins
- Right to conformity and remedies for non-conforming services
- Protection against unfair commercial practices
Sri Lanka Consumer Rights
- Rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act
- Protection against unfair trade practices

Withdrawal and Cancellation Rights

EU/Latvia Clients (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
- Digital content that has been delivered with your consent
- Services that have been fully performed with your agreement
- Customized or personalized services

Cancellation terms as per our service agreement and Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.
